1. When we needed help with a reservation, the Concierge (Guessing here, Matt), made it happen at The Pink Door for us and at a time that fit our desire.

9. Other staff members took care of us as well- concierge, bell desk out front, even the maid staff who took extra time to make us feel comfortable- really, it was just the way a boutique hotel should treat a customer, and we would definitely return.
