1. Being 'in town' but not in the middle of Pike Street really made our stay enjoyable, giving us a chance to not be 'in the middle of it' all weekend.

4. The concierge greets you with champagne, the bathroom is like something you would find in a spa, and it's right down the street from the best oyster bar in town.

9. They gave me a free extended checkout, stored my luggage for ne, sent a staff member into the street to flag down a cab to the airport, and did whatever they could to make my visit as pleasant as possible.
