7. The 12th floor club lounge seems darker and more claustrophobic, with limited quantity and selection of food (but free booze), the wireless internet, while free, is spotty, weak and slow (very irritating as you cannot use a cable, nor upgrade to a better, faster connection).

9. I was lucky to have a Sprint MiFi wireless hub which worked very well, otherwise I'd have been unable to get internet access.

On the plus side, the hotel is in great shape, the gym is windowless but very decent (free weights, a full weight machine circuit, plenty of cardio units, and fresh fruit), the street-level lobby is swarming with lots of attentive bellmen, there are free internet and toll-free phone calls (at present), and the rooms are decent size.
