3. In the club lounge the next day we got to meet Judi Nudo who was not only an excellent server but also made sure we were taken care of in every way - making sure our room was cleaned at a specific time, sending an amenity to our room as a sweet surprise, getting us new room keys after we got locked out, and chatting and connecting with us while we enjoyed complimentary drinks and food.
