1. We had dinner at Departure, which was boisterous and lively - the menu was really fantastic and imaginative - we had a terrific dinner there.

2. Brandon did a great job making sure everything was smooth for our downtown stay; a surprise stay for the birthday gal; cocktails in the lobby; excellent dinner at Departure and nearby holiday shopping in the morning for the young and nice hangout on the club floor for the old.

5. She booked us incredible reservations, made great tourist suggestions, was always eager to help in the club lounge, and even had dessert and a round of port sent to my friend and I for our last night's dinner (at Andina, which is incredible).

6. Up on the 15th floor is Departures Lounge where we had dinner one night and then went back again after picking our daughter up at the airport a week later, we loved it so much there.
