1. I can nitpick -- water pressure is meager (because they're eco-friendly), the closet wasn't organized well, the tub could stand a re-glazing -- but overall the hotel is nicely appointed and comfortable and the atrium/restaurant is groovy.
"Great Value and Eager-to-Please Staff " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/27/2012 Vote
2. The closets are very spacious.
"Posh, Luxurious, Starwood Boutique Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/3/2012 Vote
3. Also exciting were the coloring books they sent up (upon request), and the large umbrellas provided in the closet were wonderful for makeshift tents.
"Smooth and Smarmy... and you can make it work with kids! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/2/2009 Vote
4. Only one person is able to access the closet at a time which was quite frustrating at times.

5. Closet has a safe.

6. We booked and paid for a King Club Room, upon arrival we were shown an atrium (inside0 room the size of a broom closet.
"Nightmare, stay away.... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/3/2011 Vote
7. Our room was spacious by any standard and well laid out - the closet and bathroom were aligned in a long entry hallway, helping to keep the sleeping area uncluttered.
"Subtle luxury in downtown Portland - a winning combination " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/1/2011 Vote
8. Also, the ability to hang long gowns was missing from the room, making it clear the closet was designed for the business male traveler.
"Love to do this again! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/26/2011 Vote
9. Now for the misses: We were given a handicapped room without notice, which might have been considered an upgrade since it faced directly onto Pioneer Square; but the closet bars were too low and close to each other to hang clothes (we resorted to stashing them in drawers).
"Some Hits, More Misses " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/16/2010 Vote
10. Small hallway where the mini bar, closet and bathroom entrance are located.
"Luxury Collection? Not really. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/11/2010 Vote
