1. We found the staff very friendly and helpful and the restaurant/bar was great for a relaxing evening but not so good for breakfast (we only ate breakfast there once and wouldn't recommend but the evening meals were very good).

8. We never received a dishcloth,potscrubber the whole time there and the kitchen was missing the essential items to make breakfast (A frying pan would have been appreciated) and a sink stopper to clean those non supplied items.

10. The service was pleasant, we had a minor problem (our room wasn't ready due to an accident caused by a guest) so we were accomodated in a different room but the manager gave us free breakfast for the inconvinience, I thought that was nice.
