1. one night there were some noisey teenagers in the room below us, that keep us up for part of the night while they partyed on their deck below , but after we called the front desk they took care of it, and it was quiet after that.

2. Called downstairs - new front desk person: 'sorry, we had high school kids staying recently and we lock them so they can't hang out on balconies, but only maintenance can open them and the maintenance people are all gone.

3. the staff at the ticket office to the attractions at the front desk was also very friendly, and one particular young man with glasses and sandy hair was one of the most imformative people i had met on our trip(he needs a raise lol).

4. we were staying in lake eve for a totall of 14 nights to enjoy the disney atractions, the service at front desk was good they were always happy to help or give you a complemantry cookie, they always had time to greet you when you came in and were plesant enough when checking in and out.

7. Obviously I am showing my age here but I'm not sure when a huge hoodie and jeans worn so low they sit around hips are appropriate for a hotel front desk.

8. The lobby was dirty, there was only one person working at the front desk who acted like she could've cared less about checking us in, the room smelled (and was dirty, naturally) and the fitness room was disgusting, with 2 out of the 4 pieces of crappy equipment in there busted and wet towels and dishes all over the floor.

9. Large, spacious, well appointed apartment with great beds and bathrooms, wifi, large pool, great front desk and free shuttle to Disney and Universal, Seaworld etc. Outlet mall just down the road, if you are interested, and a good supermarket a 10 minute walk away.
