1. new manager: 'only the ADA 2br units have 2 kings, we can move you to a 2br that has a king master and two doubles in the 2nd bedroom'.

Hotel is beautiful, very clean and modern, we stayed at hotel for new years eve and new years day, the night of the 31st was a disaster trying to find parking, they decided to give a party at the pool and people without passes were allowed to park in the parking lot , so guests of the hotel had no place to park, 1 in the morning person at front desk, yelling at guests and parking attendant, I ask the person at desk that I want it to talk to manager and he told me I didn't need to talk to manager and he proceded to to go outside and start fighting with the wonderful parking attendants that were trying to help people find parking.
