1. So I get back home from my trip and I voice my displeasure to the General Manager who in turn gives me a complimentary 1 night stay.

We have stayed before in this hotel and loved it 2 years ago that's why we decided to go back but it was a very disappointing surprise to find out that they do not fulfill what they advertise:Complimentary wireless Internet : The signal was sooo poor we couldn't even send an email without attachments.
