3. e) the housekeeping was gracious to clean up everyday and leave clean towels for us, even though we asked them not to clean till our last day, Cons: a) the valet service was to eager to get your bags, park your car, and get your money,, We are young, and we can handle our luggage, They did not speak English, and did not feel comfortable with them driving our rental car, b) the bed was worst, I could hardly walk some mornings, the pillows are cheap, and I was thankful for the hot tub to help my back,,, c) the staff was over friendly at helping you at check in, very disppointed that I almosted needed a translater for them.
