1. However, this was not communicated to the maid / cleaning service as the maid used her pass key to enter our friends room at 1155 while one person was still in the shower.

4. Had a great stay at the Beachside, its a little run down and the elevator is on the small side but the room was comfortable considering the limited time spent in the room (gone from dawn to late every night) A very quiet building and the staff was fantastic (Kevin was great to chat with and helped us out with anything we needed)It could use some new curtains but other than that it was priced decently and the beach was only across the street.

5. Good things: great view, great location, bathroom looks like it has been remodeled in the last five years, clean room, nice big balcony, and a friendly staff.

6. The rooms have small balconies which were very useful not only for the beautiful view but also for the bird activity in this gorgeous tree.

9. I would be prepared to stay there again if I was able to secure the same or better rooms and still pay a very competitive nightly rate.
