1. First impression of the reception area of this hotel was nice, but we were given a room which was a superior room according to the receptionist, well when got to the room it was very small the door to the room and window had glass folded blinds which anyone could have opened as later a room maid who cleans the rooms opened to se if anyone was in the room, the room was dark very small, so we asked to be moved to another room and they found us another room of which was ok we had a patio door which opened to a balcony which had no view it just faced onto a side brick wall of the hotel, and the beds were tatty there was holes in the bace of the bed and stains, the furniture was tatty and worn the air condtioning unit was not working right it was cold all the timeso we had to turn the thing off at night and then we awoke during the early hours with the tempreture being too warm so we had to turn it back on it did not go on and off according to tempeture of the room.
