1. the customer service is five star & some of those who my wonderful husband &I have received from the following five star employees: charolette c, gp, hiedi k very nice, very helpful, front staff trevor, douglas, and caster.

3. I have been staying @ the Aston Waikiki Beach side hotel for the past 4 years; because of the excellent service I have been receiving there I would recommend staying @ the Waikiki beach side hotel for all your Hawaii visits.

4. Greg, Lave, and Douglas all provide spectacular professional service at the front desk.
