1. Although certainly not as upmarket as some of the other hotels on the street, we felt so welcome and could have spent most of our day chatting with the concierge.

5. We were able to get our money back from the company we booked through (I think it was Travelocity) and had a wonderful stay at the Marriott (newer of the two towers) down the street for just a tad more money.
