1. They helped book shuttles, find restaurants, etc. They even remembered us after awhile--not easy, considering there are hundreds of people staying here.

4. We recommend taking a shuttle instead of a taxi to and from the airport as the ride from the airport to the hotel was $35 for a taxi versus the $9 per person for the shuttle.
