2. This is definately a time share type of stay so if you don't mind lack of customer service , no room service and rude staff you will at least have a nice view.

7. There was no room service and hardly any on-site shopping, but the Hilton is right next door with it's 90 shops.

8. Room service is great as long as you tip,otherwise you may not get clean towels or anything else such as coffee for the coffee maker.

9. I didn't notice anyone hurrying to replace our old room service menus (from Canoe's) with new menus from Sarento's (currently open only for dinner) or the other restaurant in the hotel, Tanaka of Tokyo, which is quite expensive.
