When i booked this hotel i must say i had quite a lot of expectations from it as their website markets the hotel very wellHowever on check in the staff took quite a long time and despite requesting a higher floor room gave me one on a lower floor, On entering the room it was disappointing from the word go as the decor seemed worn out and outdated I called up the front desk again and requested to be moved to a higher floor i was promised to be moved after 2 hours which fortunately for me happened and i was shifted to the 50th floorThe room altough was no different but just the fact that there was a lot more natural light in the room made it a lot more comfortableI wanted to chill a bottle of coke i bought and requested for the keys to the mini bar/fridge which to my surprise was lockedWhen the guy came to my room to hand me over the key to the bar he confirmed with his colleague on the walkie talkie certain details, his colleague at the desk went into a whining spree about my seemingly unusual request and started mocking me, the guy in my room embarrassingly said the words 'careful careful' to his colleague over the walkie talkie making him aware of the fact that i was able to hear him, this was completely unaccaptable behaviour from a hotel of this calibre The only thing good about the hotel is the location to the MRT which provides direct access to the airport and its proximity to the 'world of coke' and CNN studio.
