7. Problem 1: I stayed in line for parking for nearly 30 minutes and when he was signing me in and got my bags out the car someone screamed across the lot that valet and self parking were both full and that we would need to park somewhere else.

8. We stayed here and the service and rooms were average (certainly not what I paid for) The worst of it all is that we were told to park our car in the parking garage to prevent theft.
