From my room on the 36th floor I could detect other hotels complimentary wireless access and it steamed me that, as has been my experience in the past, Starwood Hotels and Resorts charges a lot for their rooms and the ability to tell someone you're staying at their property, but not for any of the amenities a 'lesser' hotel would give for free.
