3. I was actually upgraded as I am a platinum member, however the room was not substantial, the bed was a bit uncomfortable and there were no added benefits or services that I usually get at a hotel in this price range (free water, club lounge, etc).

4. You can park next door at Chase for $12 a day and parking is free at night until 8 a.

10. Internet was Almost $13 per dayAre we in the Stone Ages? All the restaurants outside the hotel had free internetbut not the Hyatt? We stayed for a week and the stay was lovely, TV was awesome,pool was perfect, fitness room has state of the art machines and lots of towels and unlimitedwater.
