The main annoyances were the nit-picky charges for valet parking and internet access, $19 and $12 respectively, and the disingenous notes posted in the room about various exorbitant convenience charges and the chain`s purported 'concern for the environment' as a motivation for not washing towels and bedding.

9. Yes, the valet parking is a little expensive but they do not charge when you go in and out several times a day like the Ritz Carlton does.
