1. I got a great deal, 4 nights at the Hyatt Regency downtown, close to a lot of great things to do like the baseball stadium, 4 nights, $100 per night on the Southwest airlines site.

2. This was no tired shell of a former great like you often see in downtowns, the hotel appeared to be in great shape, had excellent workout facility, staff was very responsive to requests, couldn't have asked for a better stay.

6. The good:- very close to the US Airways Centre- downtown area felt safe with some good restaurants nearby- beautiful view (19th floor) with a great sunrise every morning- close to the airport and very easy to get to- nice clean rooms- friendly staff sort of.
