1. Beautiful, comfortable lobby with Southwestern decor, excellent and friendly service, and extremely convenient to the convention center, sporting arenas, restaurants and everything downtown.

6. While it's not the nice new Sheraton across the street, the things that I like about this hotel is that it's clean, the rooms are large and the decor is adequate, but, most importantly, it's extremely quiet and the rooms are soundproof, which lends itself to an excellent night's sleep.
