1. The king-sized bed looked comfy and inviting, the granite countertop in the bathroom looked classy, and the view of downtown Phoenix was a great sight.

3. Standard room came with a couch, chairs, huge desk, empty refrigerator, lots of coffee, huge foyer, huge bathroom, walk-in shower you could switch between 'rain' and 'regular', great TV with HDMI input, etc. Tons of public sitting areas to have a business chat as well.
