4. We try to stay in Kimptons when possible just because we like the boutique atmosphere and we can generally rely on good service, comfy beds and decent wine at happy hour.

5. The only thing I was not happy with was that when I booked the room, I booked it at the room rate plus an offer of $1 for breakfast or a cocktail (we opted for breakfast).

7. After walking about 5 blocks from the metro station (got off at the wrong one) in 100 degree weather I was so happy to see cold water when we walked into the lobby.

8. -The Firefly Resturant YUMMY-The free happy hour (wine) was agreat way to mingle with other guests and chat with staff about where to go,etc.
