1. The only downside of the hotel, and it is a slight one, is that there are only two small elevators that aren't fast.

5. The only downside to this hotel was that when we arrived the receptionist spoke so fast and we were so tired (and being from another country the accept is hard to understand) they either didn't tell us about the free wine, cookies etc and I feel that we missed out.
