1. The lobby had been changed since we had been there last, which added more traveler space and better seating areas for the wine hour.

4. The motto of the staff of the Madera seems to be 'how can we make your stay better?' and 'what else can we help you with?' The hotel is in an ideal location, the room was well designed and furnished, and we felt very welcomed.

5. Price was equal to or better than many rooms in the 'big box' chain hotels with a delightful 'boutique' atmosphere and with a staff that seemed to treat every guest like they were the only ones who mattered.

6. I would HIGHLY recommend upgradig to the balcony rooms though (even better) as you see the tree lined street (New Hampshire) and peopel walking allthe time.
