When we arrived on the roofdeck, we couldn't get in the water nor sit on several of the chairs because some scantily clad women and a gaggle of men were doing a 'professional' photo shoot, coyly posing next to the water with a pair of high heels, leaning over the balcony with wind blowing through their hair, etc.
