1. Overall, I think if they controlled who got there and also opened up the other side of the deck to serve even non-alcoholic beverages and food there (and allow for more places to stand sit), it could be a HUGE improvement.

6. My floor was very quiet (hardly saw anyone all week), very clean room & bathroom (I'm pretty fanatical), nice comfy but firm bed, huge closet, awesome rainfall shower, upscale bath products.
