1. They don't stock amenities in your bathroom except for shampoo and conditioner.

3. I have enjoyed stays at other Thompson Hotels (in NY), but Donovan House was an unfortunate exception.

4. With the exception of not being able to tell another guest how to find public transport and not ever seing the concierge desk staffed, I felt very comfortable and safe.

5. It would have been a perfect 5 star review except on Saturday night at 4:20AM while sleeping, some woman was banging on my door, yelling, and actually opened my room door with a key.
