There's no coffee machine because they claim to have
free
coffee in the lobby every morning, but it always ends sooner than they say because we were never able to get any.

Be aware - the parking deck affiliated with the hotel is $42 per night - we were lucky to be there on a Sunday when street parking is
free
in DC, but moved the car in the deck early Monday morning for the $15 early bird special.

Providing guests with
free
wifi (I mean, how much can it cost the hotel anyway?) would go a long way towards making them feel more at home.
