Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to a King suite which had a backyard view which we werent happy with so the next day we met with Sarah and again she was super nice and concerned with getting us a great room with a view, so she switched us to a Thompson suite with a great view and floor to ceiling windows that we had asked for.
