4. Last but not least the guy at the counter didn't actually seem all that happy to see a customer, the whole proces of checking in he was acting extremely indifferent, almost like a robot.

10. It was expensive for what we got but accommodation in santa barbara is not cheap, the rooms are small and look like they have been recently done up.
