1. Needlss to say, I was not happy to be paying this rate, but were going to a concert at the Santa Barbara bowl that night and wanted to enjoy our time in Santa Barbara and be able to walk to the beach.

2. Last but not least the guy at the counter didn't actually seem all that happy to see a customer, the whole proces of checking in he was acting extremely indifferent, almost like a robot.
