1. There's a pool at the front of the motel, but don't count on spending a lot of time there, because it's basically not a whole lot more than a really big bath with a fence around it.

7. The rooms still have the same minimal square footage, but having a large LCD TV with a separate bank of input jacks for various devices (bring an adapter cable with 2 (stereo) RCA plugs for your iPod) above a small table with bent plywood chairs makes a big difference from the old layout.
