1. The pools and landscaping were very nice indeed although, as other reviewers said, the pools were absolutely jam-packed with people - all of the lounge chairs full - so not that relaxing.

5. We checked in late and got a free room upgrade which was a nice surprise.

6. We stayed at the Regency Club level, the concierge level, and that was nice for the continental breakfast (breakfast with children can be a hassle), and a couple of appetizers in the evening, but I would stay here regardless.
