The staff was very friendly, offering to store our luggage when we arrived three hours before check-in time, notifying the cleaning staff that we had arrived so they could clean our room and have it ready quickly, and offering to shuttle us to and from a popular beach spot a mile away at no charge.

9. All in all our stay at this Hyatt was a bit disappointing and for their prices I would not recommend it to friends.

10. The restaurant is very good and the staff there are very friendly; The Bagel bros does great Coffee and being near mission beach etc made getting around very easy.
