3. Our room was just what we asked for, including the bay view which we had specified, and was very clean even on our early check-in.

The staff was very friendly, offering to store our luggage when we arrived three hours before check-in time, notifying the cleaning staff that we had arrived so they could clean our room and have it ready quickly, and offering to shuttle us to and from a popular beach spot a mile away at no charge.

6. You will hear people in other rooms above and below you and staff with room service or cleaning you will hear as the trolleys run over the gaps in path for that clunk clink clunk sound all hours.
