1. Sofa was broken and 1 of the queen beds was broken, generally dirty with a strange smell and humming noise ( I was now next to the garbage bins and the A/C unit).

10. Hyatt if you read these comments, in general if your hotel is not that busy(which this one wasn't) offer your nicer rooms to your guests first without having them jump hoops to get to a room that is up to usual Hyatt quality.
