3. Maybe we were just lucky but our garden view room was very clean and probably refurbished as the front door brushed against new carpet.

10. My view is that this hotel could easily rank itself amongst the best in SD if only the rooms were freshened up with a refurb & new furniture as the location, views & bar are superb.
