1. Positive: great location, view of the bay, beautiful grounds, nice staff, kitchen in rooms, Negative: parking cost, pool overcrowding, night noise (for spring break), rooms need updating.

2. Front staff was not helpful in addressing noise issue, overcrowding in hot tub, kids stealing our beverages from the pool area (while we were swimming), or the mess that the students left behind around the pool area.

5. The only complaint we had was that the room below us made allot of noise at 7am with a family of young children but that was no fault of the hotel.

8. We had to run the fan to not hear the noise in the hallway and the stairwell doors didn't have stoppers so whenever used they'd slam so if you are a light sleeper make sure you aren't anywhere near the stairwell.

10. Rooms wer an excellent size but the hotel did tend to get very noisy and the patio doors did not keep out the noise from either other guests or the road.
