From the location of the rooms(we were on the upper tower floors where one could see the Bay and the ocean, and impeccable service,(thank you to Rosanna in catering and her fabulous staff), to the front desk and the housekeepers,and the beach crew, we were(all 16 if you can beleieve it), extremely satisfied.
