1. Everything is old, except for a decent flatscreen tv and alarm clock.

4. 30 minutes from San DiegoThe Ugly:Pool gets very crowded, Beach chairs packed away at 5pm, service lacking everywhere except front desk, rooms in need of makeover,Conclusion:At a price, this hotrel is acceptable, however do not use it as anything more than a stop over.
