6. I was told it's the season but nonetheless it's almost full with many guests enjoying the sun so why isn't there any service provided for us? No one greeted us for over 10 minutes when we sat down for breakfast on Monday morning at the restaurant so we just helped ourselves at the buffet offering.

7. The grounds are lovely (coy ponds and waterfalls), the personnel are very friendly and helpful, and our second floor suite was huge with a balcony overlooking the bay.
