3. On the positive side, the old TV that was still in place during our first night at the hotel was replaced the next day with a new LCD widescreen TV - so it looks like renovation is taking place, at least to a certain extent.

10. I believe our tastes have evolved beyond the condition this hotel was in, but it has so many positives such as it`s location, wonderful staff and concept-the bedroom/living room.
