1. the suite we got was very clean and lacked for nothing,the reception staff were great and could not have been home helpful and informative.

2. The room was very nice and I did like having the second full sink and vanity in the bedroom, that really helps with bathroom congestion for a family of 4 getting ready.

I don't mind being charged for parking ourselves, then we can control our own time- Even though our room has been 'remodeled', the linens were old and the pillows are worn and flat, we had to ask for extra pillows- The sofa bed mattress definitely needs replacing- The bathroom floor didn't seem it was well cleaned and the fixtures were leaky, we had to really tighten to stop hearing the drops- Concierge help were mixed (AM folks were helpful but PM staff couldn't recommend a nice Asian restaurant to us).

6. Although the manager was fantastic in helping us finding solutions to the issues we faced, I still would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
