1. the suite we got was very clean and lacked for nothing,the reception staff were great and could not have been home helpful and informative.

8. There were only 2 things that we didn't like - no self parking so we had to pay $29 per day for Valet Parking as the parking station is run by Ace Parking and also during and after the managers reception, guests seem to spill their drinks on the floor of the elevators and the staff never seemed to clean it up? The final thing is that there is no free WiFi which is pretty ordinary for a hotel of this size.

9. I don't mind being charged for parking ourselves, then we can control our own time- Even though our room has been 'remodeled', the linens were old and the pillows are worn and flat, we had to ask for extra pillows- The sofa bed mattress definitely needs replacing- The bathroom floor didn't seem it was well cleaned and the fixtures were leaky, we had to really tighten to stop hearing the drops- Concierge help were mixed (AM folks were helpful but PM staff couldn't recommend a nice Asian restaurant to us).
