1. The new beds with red headboards are awesome and the new flat screen tvs (42'?) in both the bedroom and livingroom are a huge improvement.

4. Did I mention there's a broad multi-laned street and a huge parking lot filled with cars between the hotel and that 'bay' view? Oh and the beds were miserably uncomfortable.
