I don't mind being charged for parking ourselves, then we can control our own time- Even though our room has been 'remodeled', the linens were old and the pillows are worn and flat, we had to ask for extra pillows- The sofa bed mattress definitely needs replacing- The bathroom floor didn't seem it was well cleaned and the fixtures were leaky, we had to really tighten to stop hearing the drops- Concierge help were mixed (AM folks were helpful but PM staff couldn't recommend a nice Asian restaurant to us).
